Retailers expand their business cheaply and easily in a great value deal

It wasn’t that long ago that I owned a retail store in a big city mall. It was an art gallery and it was selling some pretty amazing art. Even though I entered the company a little below capitalization. I enjoyed the fact that it had a retail store. It was my high-value deposit on the main street. I enjoyed the social contact too. I was dealing with artists and that’s always a bit like an auction. They are fun people.

There were drawbacks, however, the most obvious being the fact that he was stuck in this business.

I had to show up six days a week to be able to pay the rent. It was a draw that eventually started to get me out. My dream of owning my Big Value Depot had turned into some kind of auction. I really didn’t know the final price.

I often wished I could find other ways to generate cash from my core business that would increase my income, remove financial pressures, and allow me to take a vacation.

Today things are different!

All the problems I faced with my retail gallery can now be resolved. Not only can they be solved, but they can be solved cheaply and easily. Today it is possible to have a high street retail store and enjoy the luxury of having a valuable warehouse next to it as well.

You’ll see that the Internet has provided the perfect way for retailers to expand their business, make more money, and ultimately hire staff during the holidays.

Nowadays shopping malls exist on the internet, just like on high street. They are the high-value depots of the cyber world, vibrant malls packed with an incredible variety of merchandise.

Most people have not yet gotten used to visualizing this, but it is a real phenomenon. An internet mall.

Why are they worth investigating by retailers?

Today’s retailers pay outrageous rents that cut deep into their profits, but they haven’t realized that they can easily and cheaply open a second branch of their existing business.

How? It can be done in two ways.

1) Put up a website and hope for the best.
2) Open a store in an established internet shopping mall.

Why is a store in an established mall the best option?

1) The mall owners help promote it. It is in your interest – FREE TRAFFIC.

2) The mall is established, surrounded by other stores. People like to look around, that’s why they prefer to buy in shopping centers and not in small shops on the street: MORE FREE TRAFFIC.

Now imagine you have a store in this mall…

– The rent is low.
– You didn’t need to buy stock. Why? You photograph your existing stock.
– You are surrounded by other classy shops.
– The WHOLE world is your customer base. Search traffic is heavy.
– Do the owners of the mall want you to be successful and help you with your promotion?

SOUNDS GOOD.

So what does a smart retailer do?

1) Open a new online store.
2) Choose a store name with a good keyword so it can be easily searched.
3) Photographs of existing retail stock placed in a good display.
4) Pay the low monthly rent.
5) Promote the store by submitting a few ads and items each day. That can be done for FREE.

THAT’S IT.

Retailers who can see the big picture now have a new branch in their existing retail business.

It’s possible? Is. YES.
