The Paleo Diet includes only the foods available during the early years of man’s evolution. As the name implies: Paleo means old. This diet is also known as the caveman diet, stone age diet, or hunter-gatherer diet. There are tribes that still exist today that live like cavemen. They eat what prehistoric men ate and they are healthier and faster than we are. There is only one rule on the Paleo Diet and that is to eat foods that are edible raw and not organically produced. You just have to be a hunter-gatherer.
