4 secrets to maintaining natural beauty

All women can achieve natural beauty without embellishing the handbag of cosmetic manufacturers. The cosmetic industry spends billions of dollars on advertising to make women feel inferior. For women to buy their things. This is not a guarantee of beauty.

Yes, some people are born with a severe birthmark or disfigurement on their face, but still, nothing in the world can stop a person from smiling. Many times I have been impressed by the affectionate smile of a person, so everything else has been overlooked.

You only need to watch Nick Vujicic on YouTube to know how beautiful a person can be, even without arms or legs!

Modern laser treatment can severely diminish skin blemishes, such as birthmarks.

These secrets that I am about to reveal are so simple and so natural. What else, besides natural things, is going to maintain that natural beauty that we were born with?

1. Diet

What a person eats is what they become. It is not a joke. The choice of food is of the utmost importance. Cigarettes, soft drinks, hamburgers and French fries steal the beauty of the body. My choice is organically grown fruits and vegetables, eaten raw. Seriously, you don’t see animals in the boiling wild grass or charred zebras. And don’t even try to tell me, “Aah, but we’re higher on the evolutionary ladder.”

Being higher up the evolutionary ladder does not mean that we have to destroy essential nutrients in our food through food chemical processes.

Food affects the body down to the cellular level. The body needs nutrients for blood, bones, muscles, and cells. Anything that does not feed the body is simply throwing garbage into it. Inevitably, that is reflected in the body.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring rabbit food: like many foods hot (as well as flavored) and delicious. Chocolate anyone? Hmm, the cocoa bean is actually a super food. In fact, David Wolf, the world’s nutrition expert, wrote an entire book on chocolate. Eat it raw and unprocessed. There are many recipes for delicious chocolate treats. For my part, I eat it almost every day.

Switching to a raw food diet means eating without guilt! Also, once your body is getting the nutrients it needs, the brain stops pushing to eat, eat, eat because it is finally getting what it needs.

2. Cosmetics

The skin is the bigger organ of the body. What we rub on our skin is absorbed by the body. Many cosmetics are derived from the oil industry. Uughh! Choose cosmetics that are derived from organic plants.

Even better, make your own cosmetics – just Google and you’ll find recipes for mixing your own creams, shampoos, and toothpaste. A treat for the skin and a savings for the budget!

Healthy eating bodies have less need for deodorant. When a body has a bad smell from the vagina, armpits or mouth, it is a sign that all is not well. Fix the diet and the smell will disappear.

3. Fitness

I admit that I am incredibly lazy. But I can touch my toes, do the splits, and take a long walk without getting out of breath. By the way, I am 46 years old and I am still the same size as when I was.

The body needs movement for blood to flow. Good circulation gives your eyes a glow and clarity to your skin. In no way am I advocating strenuous workouts in the gym. Life has to be fun. Right? Stretching exercises and walks in the fresh air are sufficient, as long as the body follows the proper diet.

4. Rest

Interestingly, once the body gets the right food, it doesn’t need as much sleep! Even so, a good rest is essential to maintain natural beauty.
