Zero Limits, Ho’oponopono and Blue Water

I read Zero limits several times, and each time I learn something new. In this article I will give you a brief summary of the book and some of the things that I have learned.

“It is not your fault, but it is your responsibility.” ~ Dr. Joe vitale

“Zero limits” is the phrase Dr. Vitale uses to describe the state of pure love. You get to that state by expressing love. As he and Dr. Hew Len explain, everything we see in others is really within us. We need to work on self-healing, and other people will also be healed. It’s a complicated theory, but it seems to work for them and many others. (I’m still in the beginning stages of practicing this!)

To return to the previous quote, your point is that it is the responsibility of each of us to ask for forgiveness and to shower love on anyone who is suffering. It’s hard for me to accept that. How is it my fault that the guy in the corner is homeless, just because he came into my line of sight? Like I said, I’m still in the beginning stages!

But the general message is good. Basically, you say a sentence that goes like this:

I love you

Sorry

Please forgive me

Thanks

When my husband and I have a fight, I say this prayer in my head, over and over again. Soon enough, we both calmed down. I can see his side and he can see mine. Better than that, we are both capable of expressing a true apology.

I try to say this prayer as a mantra in the morning with my rosary. For each bead, I say the prayer once. Then I move on to the next account. For each account, I try to think of someone who I think needs prayers. For example, I will say a prayer for someone in my family or community who is going through a difficult time.

Cleaning ourselves and our thoughts is an important part of Ho’oponopono. Another practice that Dr.’s Vitale and Hew Len recommend is drinking Blue Solar Water. Take a blue glass bottle, fill it with water, and let it sit in the sun for an hour or more. I’ve been drinking blue solar water for a while. I can feel the difference between this and plain tap water and even filtered water. It tastes smoother somehow. I don’t know if this specific water helps me in any way. But I know that drinking lots of water is good for my body. I try to drink two liters a day! I also took a chapter from Masaru Emoto’s book on water and infused my water with only loving thoughts. Call me crazy, but I guess it won’t hurt!

I hope this short summary of Zero Limits has piqued your interest in reading the book yourself and trying out some of the techniques that Mr. Vitale and Dr. Hew Len share with all of us.
