Viral Reports: How To Write Short Reports To Get Started Online And Build Your Internet Business

Creating short reports can be the fastest way to get your online business off the ground. By writing a few articles and putting them together into a report that can be sold or given away to those who are interested in learning more about you and your niche, your business will skyrocket and your reports will go viral all over the internet. Once you understand how to do this, there will be no limit to what you can achieve online.

Choose a topic or topic for your brief report. It should be an area where your prospects will be interested in learning more. Then decide what you will recommend in your report. It can be a course or product that you already have available, or it can be an affiliate product. Then write three or four blog posts on the topic. This will give you the basis for what you will have as a finished product.

Now repurpose these blog posts into articles and submit them to article directories. Up to this point, everything you’ve written has been something that can be used for multiple purposes in a variety of formats. That’s the idea behind creating a short report to build your business. We all need to read and hear the same information multiple times and in a variety of ways in order to get the most out of it over time.

Now is the time to put together your report. Simply copy and paste the information you’ve already written in your blog posts and articles into a new word processing document. Add a border to the pages and a table of contents to make it look like a little e-book. Add more to it, sticking with your original topic or theme until you’re between seven and fifteen pages. You may want to add some images or graphics, but I recommend keeping them to a minimum. This is because many people will want to print your report and won’t appreciate that you spend expensive color ink on them.

Once your report is finished, you may want to offer it for sale on your website or just give it away as a lead generator for your prospects. I prefer to give my own away which is why I include my own links and affiliate links in my resource section at the end. Use them as a free giveaway, as well as giveaways to your existing list and as bonuses for your products.
