The best recipe for a broken heart

Pain is a lesson that can help the individual realize

he is a human with feelings

Feelings to feel the pain,

And feelings to feel sorry.

The best recipe for a broken heart-

forget the past,

Learn the lesson of the past,

think positively,

Believe in yourself,

Love yourself and never hate yourself,

Always think about innovating yourself,

Stop comparing yourself to others

Instead, compare yourself to your past self,

So you can determine who you are

And learn to appreciate yourself.

If you have tried and failed;

If you have planned and watched your plans as if they were crushed before your eyes;

Just remember that the greatest men in all of history were the product of courage,

And courage, you know, is born in the cradle of adversity.

As you navigate through life,

Don’t avoid rough waters!

Sail… because the seas are calm;

Never become a skillful sailor!

Be strong always!

Because God will be your anchor!

I wish you many blessings to come and God bless you!
