Probiotics and Intestinal Problems: Natural Herbal Colon Cleansing and Probiotics Solve Many Ailments

My last visit to the doctor

There comes a time when we must not only be aware of our bodies, but aware of what our bodies need. They tell you to be prepared when you go to the doctor to share and discuss all of your problems so that the doctor can better determine your problem and your needs. Well, I try hard to do this successfully, but I continue to be amazed at how often information falls on deaf ears.

I want to present a recent problem that I had where my doctor told me, “Well, there is no treatment for this, and you just have to wait it out.” I thought, “Wait till it happens! That’s easy for you to say. You don’t have this problem. I was on my way to the lab for some tests, I thought, why bother coming here and spending my time and money on this?” .

Diagnosis Murder

He later diagnosed my health problem, after I went for lab tests, and sent it to me via a nurse. It seemed like he had something called “pityriasis rosea.” He also noted that there was no treatment and that the oil could last 1-2 months!

My first thought was: “Without treatment?” If they could find the condition, why couldn’t they determine a treatment? This was a very silly foundation. How could I say that there was no remedy before seeing my lab results? Impossible.

Thank God for Google. I looked up pityriasis rosea and it just reiterated my doctor’s diagnosis: “There is no known solution and you just have to wait.”

second opinion

According to the American Dermatological Association, it is a rash that most often occurs in people between the ages of 10 and 35, but it can occur at any age. The cause is unknown. Pityriasis rosea is not a sign of any internal disease, nor is it caused by a fungus, bacteria, or allergy. Pityriasis rosea often does not require treatment and usually goes away on its own. However, treatment may include external or internal medications for the itch.

The rash can last from several weeks to several months. It can occur at any time of the year, but pityriasis rosea is more common in spring and autumn, creams do not help because it is not a fungus. My doctor prescribed me for the itching and told me to use calamine lotion.

Once again, I thought: “There is no treatment and how can it last for several months”. The appearance was deplorable and the itching unbearable. I could hardly bear this another day.

Third Opinion and Walla!

I investigated further and saw that this was associated with a similar problem known as rosacea. Very similar in appearance and guess what? There were recommended treatments. Vitamin B, enzymes and PROBIOTICS! Especially probiotics. And, it seems that there are some bad bacteria involved in the problem. My experience is that when there are bad bacteria, probiotics are simply used as a solution.

Implementing Plan B

The recommended dose was 4 billion active organisms twice a day. I started immediately with 2-500 million size capsules and repeated every 4 hours 4 times a day. I increased it the next day to 4-500 million organisms twice a day the next day. The first day there was little or no change. But, the second day I started to notice that the itching was not as bad and the areas that were causing me pain did not hurt as much.

I thought about why I was having this problem, now. I had recently completed a natural herbal colon cleanse and used probiotics throughout the process. So why was my body experiencing this kind of problem after an herbal colon cleanse? I had been feeling great just a few days before the skin problem broke out. Get it? burst

Who would have thought

I was not satisfied with my findings. I went back to Google and found an article that was a revelation. The article said that the author, who was a reputable authority on colon cleansing and probiotics, receives questions about the need to take probiotics during and after a cleanse. And his answer is simple: Yes, we definitely should take a probiotic during and after the cleanse.

WELL! I was never told or read before that I had to continue probiotics after colon cleansing. During a colon cleanse, beneficial bacteria and toxins are removed. Cleansing pushes all the junk out of our bodies, but it doesn’t discriminate between toxins and good bacteria. As a result, there is a bacterial imbalance in our GI tract, which can cause many other problems.

We MUST replace the good bacteria

You see, there are billions and billions of different microorganisms and bacteria that co-exist in our gut. This vast system of bacteria works together and is crucial to the overall health of our bodies. It directly and indirectly affects almost every other organ in our body. If there is an imbalance, we feel sick, lazy and sleepy. We will not get all the nutrients we need, as our digestive system loses its efficiency, so we suffer from malnutrition. The waste doesn’t get out of our system properly, which is why we have skin problems.

To replace these friendly bacteria, most cleansers take a probiotic during the cleanse. The probiotic supplement is usually taken 2-3 times a day and one hour before or after the colon cleanser. Of course, the specific procedure differs depending on the probiotic, so be sure to read the guidelines listed. It is also recommended to continue taking probiotics after the cleanse is complete.

Probiotics should be taken during colon cleansing as well as other cleansing or detoxification regimens such as liver, kidney, and especially candida. Everyone doing a cleansing regimen always takes probiotics to replace beneficial bacteria and maintain a healthy colon by populating the intestines with beneficial bacteria.

the pot of gold

That was my problem. I did not continue the probiotics after the colon cleanse. To make a long story short, I continued the probiotics for another week and the problem disappeared. I spoke to my doctor about the findings and she dismissed them without comment. She simply said that the skin problem passed in 3-4 weeks as expected. I told her that the problem didn’t start to subside until I started the probiotic regimen.

Remember, the colon, intestines, gut, or whatever you have, has a huge impact on our health. We can’t overlook the importance of a healthy colon, but we now know that we must replace the good bacteria or other problems can arise. There is a great marriage between colon cleansing and probiotics. Probiotics continue after the honeymoon is over to finish the job right.
