Candida Diet Breakfast Ideas: What To Eat On The Candida Diet For Breakfast

Looking for some great candida diet breakfast ideas? If so, I have some suggestions for you today on what to eat on your candida program. Best of all, they are easy to make and they all taste great. The other key to understanding is that breakfast, as most people see it, makes pretty much all the mistakes that the candida diet plan tries to avoid, so it can definitely be challenging.

#1 – Hot Cereal: Get used to quinoa, millet, buckwheat or brown rice flakes mixed with hot water. These foods not only digest well, but are fine for most people on the candida diet and are easy to prepare! Most health stores or even supermarkets with health sections will carry these hot cereals. To add flavor you can add stevia with some Himalayan sea salt, this will not only add flavor but additional nutrition to the food.

#2 – Green Apples/Lemons/Grapefruits: Again, those in the early stages of the diet may not be able to eat these foods, but for many, green apples, lemons, limes, and grapefruit are a great way to start the day without breaking no rule.

#3 – Soup: Who said soup can’t be for breakfast? There are so many options on this diet with wild rice and chicken, split pea soups, lentil soups, quinoa with vegetables, and broth. Best of all, you’ll also have a supply of food waiting for you at lunchtime!

#4 – Quinoa Pancakes: There are many cereal alternatives that can be made into pancakes or waffles. There is buckwheat flour, quinoa flour, millet flour, pea flour, etc. You can also use egg replacer in some cases if organic eggs are an issue for you. As always, you can sprinkle with stevia, inulin, xylitol, and sea salt for added flavor. Coconut oil also works well on this.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be the greasy, sugary fare most people associate with. You will quickly discover that eating this way not only eliminates yeast but many other health problems that you didn’t even know were affecting you throughout the day because of it!
