Association agreements

A partnership agreement is a relationship between individuals or organizations. The parties involved must cooperate closely and share responsibilities. A partnership agreement is not necessarily a legal contractual relationship, but rather a relationship in which you come together to achieve common goals and purposes that will benefit both parties. A partnership agreement is basically one where you both try to strive for success.

These associations could include the federal / state / local government, educational institutions, trade associations, or other organizations. A partnership is defined as an “employment relationship” which means mutual participation and joint interest.
