After Meal Master Cleanse – Salads with Goddess Dressing

Many people wonder what Master Cleanse friendly recipes are out there that can help keep them from slipping back into their old eating habits. This is critical because what you do after the Master Cleanse is just as important as what you do before and during the cleanse. For this reason, I decided to dedicate a series of articles to those coming out of the Master Cleanse sharing post-cleanse recipe ideas. This one is about salad dressings, Goddess Dressing to be exact. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as you will enjoy dressing up and eating your salads.

As I prepare my body for my next cleanse, I find that salads are a good food to turn to. Let’s face it, when you get into that lazy couch potato mode, a salad can be quick and easy. You don’t have to know how to cook and you don’t even need to chop vegetables if you don’t feel like it. Buy the prepared salad mix, add the dressing and voila. Looking for a little more stuff? You can go ahead and add beans, chicken, or tuna to give your salad a heartier bite. But don’t forget that you’re supposed to adjust to a new lifestyle and not fall back into your old ways.

Obviously there are tons of accessories you can add to make your dining experience new every time and just changing up the dresser has endless possibilities.

Here is an easy dressing recipe that you can whip up in no time.

Dress up the Goddess

Ingredients:

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons of tahini: it’s what happens when you grind sesame seeds

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/2 tablespoon of tamari

1/2 lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, pressed

pinch of sea salt

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

1 teaspoon chives, chopped

1/3 to ½ cup of purified water, use your own judgment

Addresses:

Take all the ingredients and place them in any jar that has a lid that you can tighten. Shake the mixture to bind everything together and voila.

Pour it on your salad, dip your carrots and celery in it or just drink it neat…it’s that good.

Serving: about 1 cup

This is just one of many ways to stay fit with your new wellness. If you don’t want to cook, don’t know what to cook or don’t know how to cook, you can make a salad. As you can see, making your own dressing room can be easy and fun. It also allows you to try more ambitious dishes. There is something about doing a cleanse like this that has a profound effect on a person’s whole outlook and attitude. Who would have thought that doing the Master Cleanse would open up a whole new world where you, of all people, would voluntarily change your diet and start cooking your own food from scratch? wow! If this is possible, who knows, maybe we can elect a president who can fix this whole mess… well, I can dream, can’t I?
