Nature’s Energy Booster

Before you get to that cup of coffee or that bar of chocolate, which will probably only give you a boost of energy for a couple of minutes and you’ll probably feel worse after that as your body crashes back down and you end up back where you started again.

Here is a breathing exercise that you can use as a natural energy booster, find a place where you can relax, either on a bed or upright in a chair, because this exercise can cause a feeling of dizziness for the beginner who does it. try, please don’t. Don’t try standing up or while in your car!

First of all, get into a comfortable position, either sitting in a chair or lying on your bed, and keep your back in a straight position so that nothing affects the airflow. Close your mouth and start breathing in and out through your nose quickly, try to breathe 2-3 breaths per second for about 10 seconds. I know that at first you will probably feel uncomfortable and fill your muscles with having to work harder (this is good for strengthening your diaphragm), but the more you practice it, the easier it will become to do it and when you feel comfortable. and you’ve gotten over feelings of dizziness, you can increase the amount of time you do this, add up to 5 more seconds, but don’t get carried away…it’s better to do small amounts throughout the day than trying to do it for too long a period.

This exercise works because it helps increase the amount of oxygen that enters your body and gives your body and muscles the oxygen that they have been needing. While this exercise is great for the short term, you really need to work on your overall breathing technique to improve your energy levels throughout the day.
