Personally, I found the motivational tips and photos of Michelle, or Mish as she is affectionately known, a little pick-me-up when needed. Michelle is my age, so it really helps to see that you can maintain health and fitness as we age.

If you want to lose weight faster and more permanently, this book is for you. If you also want or need to get in shape, you can’t get past this diary. Everything is laid out in such a way that it really is as easy as following the steps and documenting your weight and measurement goals all the way through.

Mish is honest enough to tell us how hard it’s going to be and even people like her have days when they don’t feel like it. That’s a surprise, right? She’s human and has little tricks like the rest, but she’s better at keeping it in perspective.

Michelle’s total body transformation journal is packed with everything you could ever need and information you didn’t know you needed until you had it. There is loads of practical advice, expert knowledge and it really makes you want to get out there and go for a run.

The exercise programs are easy to follow as a step by step guide, the recipes are very easy and quick with beautiful photos. As someone who likes to keep things simple, I am drawn to both.

I believe that Michelle Bridges is the most influential expert on weight loss, health and fitness. Nothing is boring, everything is in plain language and makes the best of us aspire to be fit. My main takeaway is that this really is a lifestyle change. You need to be consistent in your diet and exercise and focus on your mindset. I wish you the best on your health and fitness journey and I know this will get you there.
