– try to vary the sensation you are feeling from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest

– once you reach level 7 and are about to ejaculate, decrease the stimulation until you reach level 2 without losing your erection

– then increase the stimulation again to level 7 and repeat the method

This method will train your mind and body to recognize and control your ejaculation process.
