Cirque De Soleil travels around the world

Cirque de Soleil companies are constantly redefining the meaning of showmanship and live entertainment. Appreciative audiences in dozens of countries respond extremely positively to these masterfully created and produced adventures. This is the reason why Cirque de Soleil tickets are a hot property in Las Vegas and other cities where the different presentations take place.

What started out as simply one-of-a-kind live acts that were original enough to garner high praise, have morphed into the most hi-tech and entertaining shows in the world. There are now multiple companies that Cirque de Soleil brings to national audiences, and each one is a true work of art that has to be seen to be believed. Almost every first-time viewer becomes a devoted fan of Cirque de Soleil. They do not have to do more than witness the impressive art and entertainment, and they are true believers.

WHAT MAKES THE CIRCUS SO SPECIAL AND WHICH NEW PATH IS IT HEADING FOR?

As mentioned above, there are many current shows simultaneously produced by Cirque de Soleil, and each one is spectacular and unique. In order to broaden its appeal to the audience, the performances of each program are constantly changing. So, not only are there individual, different shows playing in different cities at different times, but depending on which night you have tickets for will once again determine which specific, different, and unique show you see. This totally unique approach to performances keeps Cirque de Soleil ticket sales at an incredible rate.

Cirque de Soleil fans know that there will always be something new and exciting to see. Some of today’s best performances include O, Ka, Mystere on Treasure Island, Love and Zumanity. These shows, as with all Cirque de Soleil performances, showcase both the artistry and fitness of dozens of performers, as well as featuring some of the best stage and technical demonstrations in the world.

WHAT MAKES THE CIRCUS THE CIRCUS?

Cirque de Soleil began 25 years ago and was created to present the greatest entertainment acts of the day to what was expected to be a very appreciative audience. In 1959, Guy Laliberte, founder of Cirque de Soliel, was born in Quebec, where he developed his own talents as an accordionist, fire-eater, and stilt walker. He obviously he performed on many different stages, and he was going to busk some of his days.

Guy Laliberte had the foresight to seek out and work with other talented artists like himself who had similar backgrounds. His little group soon delighted audiences wherever they performed. Laliberte decided to define Cirque de Soleil by blending cultures, music, and acrobatics into distinct, well-defined routines. In 1984, when Cirque was officially “born,” their unusual and successful combination soon had eager fans lining up for tickets. Today, there are roving troops operating in countries all over the world. Some major cities are also fortunate to have extended Cirque de Soleil engagements, such as “show city” itself, Las Vegas.

CIRQUE DE SOLEIL, TODAY AND IN THE FUTURE

Cirque de Soleil plans to continue its incredible ability to provide audiences with the best theatrical experiences possible. Even now, art producers and developers have new shows ready that will forever blur the lines between fantasy and reality for those who witness the performances. One of the most recent performances, Ka, is evidence of future creative prospects for Cirque productions. This stage show is the first to actually feature a definitive plot and story that help the audience easily follow all the action.

Ka has received nothing but rave reviews. It’s a Far Eastern-themed story idea, and it’s created quite a stir of excitement, especially in “show city” Las Vegas. Tours are already planned for the US, Canada and Europe for 2009, and Cirque tickets are selling fast for top shows as fans don’t want to miss out on every new incarnation Cirque dares to bring to the stage.
