Avoid bad business partners

Many people try to establish a business association with someone and take advantage of them and screw them up! People are too trusting and naive and believe that a friend or family member will not take advantage of them or harm them. But in business, no one can be trusted. No one.

Be careful, alert and aware of everything you see, experience and hear from your business partner or potential business partner. Look for the red flags that warn that something is wrong and that you are about to be exploited.

Know what steps to take to protect your financial interests and determine if your business partner is a scammer or not! Know what to do to protect yourself and your financial interests. Establishing a business association is very serious and challenging.

My business partner ripped me off and screwed me up. Don’t become someone’s financial victim. I was taken advantage of and betrayed by someone I knew for most of my life! Imagine that. We were very good friends. I mean really amazing friends.

He used to be a true friend who took me everywhere, invited me everywhere, and defended me from everyone. He would lift my self-esteem and lift my spirits. Then he betrayed me and turned on me. And I never saw it coming. Never.

I was fooled little by little. He was vulnerable because I fully trusted him because of our best friendship. He used that against me. It was a very secret and subtle economic agenda. I’ll share with you what happened.

He proposed to me a business partnership with a compelling, realistic and achievable business goal. It all made sense. So we start working on the business goal. But something subtle was always wrong: He didn’t meet with me often to work on the business goal.

I spent countless hours researching the business industry and the business plan we were working on by myself and only met a few times. In the beginning, he regularly worked with me on the business goal and we did it together. Then he started working less and less on the financial goal until he rarely showed up to work with me.

Being naive, ignorant and stupid, I continued researching the business even though he didn’t show up and suddenly I had all the information I needed. The time had come when we needed to start investing money in the business. He refused to put a single penny on the business target.

I still didn’t want to see how things were because I was dealing with my best friend. But as months and months went by and then two years went by and he still didn’t want to put money into the business, I realized everything. I came to terms with how things were. My best friend had betrayed me !!!

I finally had to admit that my best friend and business partner turned against me. That did a lot of damage to me and my spirit. I decided to protect myself and ended my business partnership with him and sent him a “Business Partnership Termination Notice” informing him that our financial partnership had ended.

At last I also ended my friendship with him. I just did what I had to do.
