6 Week Body Makeover – Body Recipe Samples

You shouldn’t have to suffer and starve yourself on a diet. Learning to eat healthy and exercise occasionally is the key to losing weight and maintaining that weight for the future. Eye-Opening Omelette – Includes 4 egg whites, 4 tablespoons of water, black pepper, fresh vegetables and herbs

If you want to spice up your omelette, you can try the Fiesta Omelette, Spring Spring, Hawaiian Sunrise, or Denver Omelette.

Egg whites are excellent lean proteins that are easy to cook and can even be used for other meals.

Hash Browns: Include 2 large red potatoes and freshly ground black pepper. For that extra kick, add 4 chopped green onions and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder before cooking. This will add some crunch to your fries. Additional recipes include Mexicali Browns and Sweet Browns.

If you’re not a big fan of eggs, you can even have turkey sausage for breakfast. Turkey sausage includes 1 pound lean ground turkey breast, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1/4 teaspoon pepper black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon basil, and 1/2 cup chicken broth (be sure to get the low sodium broth).
