To lose belly and body fat fast: Should I buy any 3-day diet online or not?

BEWARE: Anything labeled “3 Day Diet” is just another fad diet, more like an urban legend, that is not nutritionally sound, and the only reason it causes weight loss is because it is so low in calories.

DON’T BE FOOLED: The 3-day diets are not associated with any prestigious hospital or clinic anywhere in the world, although variations of the “Diet” continue to flood the Internet, promising rapid weight loss, cleansing, cholesterol reduction and energy boost. ….

  • They are always very specific food plans that must be followed precisely. Servings must be eaten exactly as specified, overeating is not allowed.
  • They last only three days, they can be repeated indefinitely, as long as you alternate with 4-5 days of “normal feeding” whatever it is.
  • Any diet with less than 1,000 calories a day can be dangerous
  • They set up a vicious cycle of starving during the restrictive three days and overeating on the days off.
  • They are so monotonous that dieters gladly return to their old eating habits without solving any underlying weight problems.
  • They are so low in carbohydrates that any initial weight loss is primarily water, as carbohydrates stimulate your body to retain water. As soon as the dieter returns to consuming a normal amount of carbohydrates, the water weight returns.

CONCLUSION:
