The wonderful technique to burn bad karma

Most people believe that the karmic seeds of the past remain buried in the superconscious and the subconscious mind, which consists of three brains, the physical brain, the astral brain, and the ideational brain. The latent traces of bad karma and bad habits are very well implanted there and are known as samskaras. These traces of bad karma and bad habits remain within the astral brain when one dies and leaves the body. They return lifetime after lifetime. However, the spiritual master explains that many latent desires from past incarnations also reside and wait in the spinal region, ready to sprout when karmic conditions are right, ready to germinate at a karmically defined time, either physically or mentally.

The most important part of our being is our internal spine. Since most people don’t meditate, we can’t stop our feelings from residing in the lower three chakras of our spine, causing more than forty emotional and physiological imbalances, such as worry, criticism, suspicion, gossip, etc. All unfulfilled desires follow us through incarnations and all desire consists of certain forces with magnetic fields of attraction and repulsion. All this energy in our lower chakras is weak and unawakened, locked at the base of the spine while the power of repulsion pulls it down like gravity to our five senses. You can work and pay your karmic bills as they come in, or burn cause and effect tendencies in the fires of Kriya meditation to avoid suffering. When Kriya is practiced, the current that revolves around the spine is so intense that it burns the seeds of karma while they are literally baked.

Kriya Yoga, an instrument that can circumvent the karmic law of cause and effect where man can avoid reaping the consequences of his bad deeds by breaking the cosmic laws accumulated by bad deeds. Escaping the cosmic laws that govern every human action is literally impossible; the judgments of the law of karma must be repaid in fair exchange or in kind.

Kriya Yoga is an advanced Raja Yoga technique that revitalizes and strengthens the subtle currents of life energy in the body, the same spiritual science that Krishna had taught Arjuna long ago and was later known to Christ, Patanjali, St. Paul, St. John and other disciples as the tool through which human evolution can be accelerated, making it possible over time to be totally or partially free from the adverse effects of karmic causes.

The Kriya beginner can employ this yogic exercise only fourteen to twenty-eight times, as the beginner doing this intense meditation practice must spend a minimum of six and a half to seven minutes twice a day, the equivalent of twenty-eight years of natural development. . Each technique duplicates the cosmic movement of nature in ½ minute, producing a current movement up and down the spinal chakras, giving him a year of natural evolution each time he performs a Kriya Yoga technique.

Practicing the science of Kriya Yoga is not tedious as the gradual transformative effects are noticeable from the very beginning. However, some beginners have a presumption of instant spiritual attainment, perhaps more than a little presumptuous when one considers the countless past incarnations prior to becoming a non-spiritual being. Practicing even for a lifetime is little to be expected.

Freeing oneself from the justice of cause and effect is not a simple matter of doing a few prayers and affirmations or haphazard attempts at meditation. It can only be achieved through persistent practice of the great science of Kriya Yoga. A man who dies before achieving his goal carries with him the good karma of his past effort in Kriya; in his next incarnation he is harmoniously propelled towards his supreme goal. Remember what Jesus said: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers in the field are few.” If you start on the path, you must willingly work to the end, before you attain freedom. God knows the most intimate desires and thoughts of man; the sincere man will receive the necessary strength that will allow him to achieve victory in all battles.

Have you ever wondered how a few men became self-realized, enlightened, or liberated exalted beings, gurus, and great teachers? The path to self-realization is (Raja Yoga) Kriya Yoga. What do you want to be, a man who walks with a soul or a soul who walks with a body fully aware of its divine nature? God would not have given us the liberating techniques of yogic meditation or the desire to know him if he were not planning to liberate us. Listening to your conscience is key, that is the cosmic intelligence of God vibrating through you. Every time you interfere with your consciousness you return to the consciousness of ego, duality and ignorance. We all have human intelligence that lies to us endlessly and we have divine intelligence and our conscience. If you choose wrong, your other option is that of the unenlightened masses, who must go through thousands and thousands of incarnations to be karma-free and automatically enlightened while the earth revolves around the sun in three hundred and sixty-five days circling the twelve signs of the zodiac, while the school of hard knocks in life must become your teacher.
