If we shift our focus while playing golf to targeting each and every golf shot, fully seeing every detail of exactly where we want the ball to land, we will be totally amazed at the outcome of each shot and ultimately , for the score that results from our efforts. It is absolutely impossible, in all the miraculous movements involved in a golf swing, to control what each part of our body is doing. We cannot, through conscious effort, WILL our body to make a perfect golf swing that will result in the desired result. However, AWARENESS AND FOCUS ON THE TARGET will, almost magically at times, result in the desired result, a great golf shot, in most cases.

Focusing on the goal will free your mind and body to be the athletic machine it can be. As miraculous as it may seem, if you focus solely on the goal of your golf shot, in full, multi-sensory detail, on each and every shot, you WILL IMPROVE your golf score, without conscious effort related to each part. from her body. it is related to completing the golf swing. Plus, you’ll greatly enhance your enjoyment of the game along the way.

You must leave behind the driving range, drills, close analysis and PLAYING golf. Playing golf is best done through a childlike focus on the goal.
