The first surah of the Quran is the solution to all the problems of mankind

Surah-al-Fatihah (The First Surat of the Qur’an) is a solution to all the problems of human life.

Some Sufis say that everything in the first divine books is condensed in the Holy Quran and the content of the Quran is condensed in surah-al-fatihah (the first surah of the Quran) and what is in Surah-al-fatihah is found in bismillah and what is in bismillah is found in its first letter “ba”. It is explained that “ba” is a coordinating conjunction and represents unity. Without a doubt, the ultimate goal is to achieve the union of a devotee with Allah (God) ta’la. Some Sufis have gone even further and said that everything in “ba” is in its point (.), Which means the unity of Allah ta’la; a thing that is indivisible as a point. The Mashayikh has declared that reading Surah-al-fatihah with faith and firm faith cures all diseases, whether they are spiritual or worldly, external or internal. (Using his writing as a charm and also licking his writing is helpful in treating illnesses.)

The six authentic Hadith books (the collection of Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Daood, Nasai and Ibn-e-Maja) contain Hadith indicating that the Sahaba used to read Surah-al-fatihah and blow on those bitten by a snake or a scorpion and even in the epileptic and mentally deranged. Nabi (Sallahu Alahi Wasallum) had also approved of this.

According to another hadith, it is said that if, at the time of going to sleep, one reads Surah-al-fatihah and Surah-e-Ikhlas and blows on himself, he will be immune from all dangers except death.

According to Hadith, Surah-al-fatihah is equal to two-thirds of the Quran in reward.

Hasan al-Basri (Rehmatullah Alaihe) reports the saying of Rasulullah (Sallahu Alahi Wasallum) that whoever reads Surah-al-fatihah is like one who reads Tawrat, Injil, Zaboor and the Holy Quran.

Sahabi (Rehmatullah Alaihe) is reported to have been approached by a man once and complained of kidney pain. Sahabi (Rehmatullah Alaihe) advised him to read Asas-al-Quran (“Foundation of the Quran”) and blow on the sore place. When asked what Asas-al-Quran meant, Sahabi replied “Surah-al-fatihah.”

It is written in the established practices of Mashayikh that the Surah-al-fatihah must be read for the achievement of all our goals. There are two ways to read it:

One method is to read this Sura forty-one times during forty days, in the interval between the Sunnah and the obligatory rakaat of Fajar salah. The (meem) of bismillah hirrehman nirrahim should be read in conjunction with (lam) of al-hamdu lillah. Whatever the goal, it will be achieved, if Allah ta’la wants it. In treating a patient or a spellbound, it should be recited and blown into drinking water.

The second method is to read it seventy times between the Sunnah and the obligatory rakaat of the Fajar salah on a first Sunday of the new moon, after which the number is reduced by ten every day until the course ends with a reading of ten. times on the seventh day. Then this weekly course must be repeated, to complete four weeks. If the purpose is achieved by the end of the first month, great, otherwise this course should be repeated during the second and, if necessary, during the third month.

This sura is also written with rose water or musk and saffron water, on a porcelain plate, then the writing is washed and the wash water is given to the patient to drink for forty days. This is a safe treatment for chronic diseases. Reading it seven times and blowing on the patient is equally an accepted treatment for toothache, headache, and stomach pain.

So now I hope that all Muslims read Surah-al-fatihah every day and make it their routine.
