SpongeBob SquarePants is one of the most popular shows on Nickelodeon and all of family television. Virtually every family with children in the United States (and many other countries) can probably name most of the Spongebob Characters Square Pants. Here’s a quick rundown of all the SpongeBob characters from the popular show.

SpongeBob is a fun-loving sponge who lives in a pineapple! He loves going jellyfishing and blowing bubbles with Patrick. He also loves working at the Krusty Krab and going to boating school with Ms. Blow. He has a pet snail named Gary!

Patrick Star is SpongeBob’s best friend, and as you might have guessed from his name, he’s a starfish! Patrick lives under a rock. He also loves to go jellyfishing and blowing bubbles with SpongeBob. But one of Patrick’s favorite activities is sleeping or doing nothing. In fact, he wins a trophy for doing nothing more than anyone else in one of the episodes.

Squidward is SpongeBob’s neighbor, but Squidward doesn’t like SpongeBob. He works at the Krusty Krab with SpongeBob and hates his job as much as he hates living with SpongeBob. About the only thing he likes is playing his clarinet.

Mr. Krabs is the founder and owner of the Krusty Krab. He lives on an anchor with his daughter Pearl. Mr. Krabs loves money. Plankton is the rival of Mr. Krabs Business. He is very small. Plankton is the founder and owner of Chum Bucket. And he went to college! Mrs. Puff tries to teach SpongeBob how to drive a moving boat! Every time SpongeBob crashes the ship, Mrs. Puff puffs up and her voice becomes very low. Sandy is a very smart squirrel from Texas (I wonder how that happened!) She lives in a dome of fresh air.
