High blood pressure: a silent killer, but also a blessing in disguise

I had heard of high blood pressure all my life, as it spread to my family. My doctor had warned me many years ago that I had it, but at the time it was not high enough for me to prescribe medication. I tried to change my diet, as per his instructions, but I thought it was heredity and there was nothing I could do about it.

Looking back, going to my doctor for that was my first mistake, as my doctor has no nutritional training and didn’t know how to get rid of it, he just knew how to handle it. Needless to say, the dietary changes didn’t work very well.

Over the years, it became more of a burden than anything else and I just stopped monitoring my blood pressure closely. I used acupressure tapping to keep it in check to some degree and I also worked on my fibromyalgia and put that into remission with my acupressure tapping (EFT). However, I soon began to experience dizziness and was diagnosed with vertigo. Nothing was ever said about it being linked to blood pressure, because doctors do not treat the person as a whole, they only manage the symptoms that they are having at the time and no one thought to verify the coincidence of both present.

Fast forward a few years and I started having vertigo symptoms on a daily basis and feeling confused due to dizziness. I didn’t know it was high blood pressure and I was just treating vertigo. Then one day, I woke up early in the morning and tried to go to the bathroom. My vertigo was out of control and I was shaking and very dizzy. When my sister called later that morning, I realized that I really couldn’t even speak to her and form the words to speak; Then I went to the emergency room and found out that I was having a stroke. My blood pressure was through the roof and now so were my blood sugar levels.

During the hospitalization I was prescribed medication to lower my blood pressure and control my sugar, but the side effects of the medications still made me dizzy. I lost the use of my left side and had to relearn how to talk and walk, as well as how to use my left hand again. However, over the next few months I met a naturopath, Dr. Glidden, whose YouTube videos showed me that, nutritionally, my high blood pressure was a sign of a calcium and magnesium deficiency. I also learned that vertigo is osteoporosis of the skull and both were related and it is also a calcium deficiency. I also learned that through chromium vanadium supplementation I could also regain control of my sugars (another article will explain this).

So, I got the Youngevity products you suggested and am now free from both high blood pressure and high blood sugar. I drop all the medications from the hospital. So now my mission is to help others to do the same as me. I tried other products that claimed to help with high blood pressure and had even been taking some minerals and calcium products to try to get the same results and they had all failed. They just weren’t in a form that the body could absorb. Minerals have to be very small for the body to take them into the bloodstream. These Youngevity minerals are colloidal, which means very small, and are in a formulation that allows the little fingers in the intestine (villae) to grasp it and absorb it into the bloodstream. This is why they work so well.

So, I finally found the nutrition I needed to allow my body to heal itself. Now, he needed to heal the emotional component. Once the body is nitrified, any other alternative healing modality you use impacts the body much harder. I consulted Karol K Truman’s book, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die, and discovered that the emotional component of high blood pressure is: You feel a strong need to be in control of everything, allowing people or situations to bother you, letting your Emotions and reactions rule him, and not worry about his own affairs / interfere with others. I tested the emotions and found that I was reacting to all of them!

Muscle testing is a way to ask the body a yes or no question and get a yes or no answer. Most people can do this by standing barefoot on the floor and setting their body parameters by leaning forward as far as possible with the knees straight and saying ‘this is yes, yes’. Then lean back as much as possible and say “this is not negative.” Then allow your body to stand upright in a neutral position and ask the question. Your body will move forward or lean back. It can be very subtle for some people, so pay close attention.

Ask about each emotion listed and then write down each answer. When you get a yes on something, write it down and do the following: tap the third eye point, the point right in the middle of the forehead where a cyclops eye would be, with two fingers and then say the following while concentrating on tapping , “Even though I feel … (say statement you activated), I choose to release this and allow my body and blood pressure to be calm and peaceful.” It can indicate other peaceful things that you want to happen to your body as well.

Once you are done tapping, take a minute to listen to your body and see if any memories come to mind. Then tap on that same area and indicate the memory and approximate age when you remember what happened and then ask your body to release it.

Once you’re done, you should feel so free and relaxed … ready to face the day with new minerals and a brighter new outlook on life!
